YOGA MOSA AT RUSTIC CORK

Held the 2nd Sunday of the Month 8am-9am. Class starts promptly at 8am, no late entrys. Doors open at 7:30 am for check in and set up.

Yoga Instructor Haley McElderry will guide you through a series of yoga poses. Beginners Welcome. Please bring your own mat. Mimosa or Mocktail included at the end of class.
