About this Event
Foundations that translate far beyond the mat, and ripples into life. In such a fast paced world we rarely give ourselves permission to simply pause. And it's in that pause we discover the most, it gives us space to process, to find clarity and connect within. So our four week Foundation Series is just that, permission to pause and rest in the sweet space in between, to notice the effects of our physcila practice and how each pose delivers us to the perfect state to experience meditation.
The foundation series is a dedicated space and time to step out of the busy to-do's of you da to day life, to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself. This series beautifully weaves together a grounding practice with an approachable introduction to meditation. Rather than rushing through movements or worrying about finding the perfect shape, we focus on cultivating a deep sense of steadiness in the body and ease in the mind.
In a world full of information, this is your invitation to integrate.
So often our world asks us to seek more knowledge, more experience, bigger and better. But soon enough, the noise of 'more' creates a clouded mind, a disconnected self, and an unregulated nervous system.
When you feel exhausted at a physical level, the idea of a busy studio class in a packed room can feel overwhelming in itself. So much so that it prevents you from taking the first step, prolonging the deep rest and energetic reset that you actually seek.
We understand you.
This is why we keep our classes intentionally small, so the energy of the room doesn't overpower your personal experience. We move through 4-8 week series to build familiarity, consistency, safety, and connection, allowing you to experience your practice in depth.

We provide all equipment, yoga mats, bolsters and blocks however you are so welcome to bring your own as well.
