Yoga + Matcha in the Garden

Join us on Sunday, April 26th at 10:00 AM for an outdoor morning of movement and mindfulness at The Gardens Texas. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this serene setting offers the perfect backdrop to reconnect with nature and yourself.

We’ll begin with an gentle yoga class surrounded by lush greenery and the peaceful sounds of the garden. After we move, stay a while to sip and shop!
We’ll be featuring a special pop-up from local matcha vendor, Noricha Matcha, so you can enjoy a refreshing, hand-whisked matcha while browsing the unique plants and treasures the The Gardens Texas has to offer. Matcha Drink menu ranges from $6-$8

What to Bring:

• Your Mat: Since we’ll be practicing on a natural mix of gravel and dirt, bringing two mats (or a thick travel rug to go underneath) is highly recommended for extra cushion!

• Water: Stay hydrated as the morning warms up.

• Sun Protection: While the space is cozy, it is outdoors—don't forget your SPF or a hat for after class.
