Our second month focuses on Satya, the practice of truth. We’ll explore what it means to live with honesty and integrity — beginning with self-truth, awareness, and inner alignment, and extending outward into how we communicate, make choices, and show up in our relationships and the world around us.This 2-hour experience blends gentle grounding, breathwork, a wisdom teaching, guided journaling, embodied movement, group reflection, and a simple ritual to anchor the theme. Some moments will be quiet and inward; others may invite conversation, but sharing is always optional.
Satya invites us to listen closely to what is true without judgment or force — to speak honestly without harm, and to live in greater alignment between what we feel, what we say, and how we act. This work can feel tender and revealing at times… and that’s where clarity and growth begin.
No prior yoga or philosophy experience is required. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore truth in a supportive, grounded way.
✨ You may sign up for this session on its own — each gathering stands alone, and you are not required to attend all sessions. You may also register for the full 10-month Elements of Serenity immersion at a discounted rate. Full-series participants receive a reflection journal, a copy of The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele, and access to payment plans.
