Our third month focuses on Asteya, the practice of non-stealing. While often understood literally, Asteya invites a much deeper exploration — one that begins with awareness of our time, energy, attention, and self-worth.Together, we’ll explore how Asteya shows up in subtle ways: over-giving, over-doing, comparison, self-abandonment, resentment, rushing, or feeling perpetually behind. We’ll reflect on where we may be taking from ourselves — or from others — without realizing it, and how reclaiming sufficiency can restore balance, presence, and ease.
This 2-hour experience blends gentle grounding, breathwork, a wisdom teaching, guided journaling, embodied movement, group reflection, and a simple ritual to anchor the theme. Some moments will be quiet and inward; others may invite conversation — sharing is always optional.
Asteya asks us to honor the natural rhythm of enoughness — trusting that there is sufficient time, energy, and capacity when we move in alignment. This inquiry can feel revealing, especially for those conditioned toward productivity, people-pleasing, or comparison… and it is also deeply liberating.
No prior yoga or philosophy experience is required. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore sufficiency in a supportive, grounded space.
✨ You may sign up for this session on its own — each gathering stands alone, and you are not required to attend all sessions. You may also register for the full 10-month Elements of Serenity immersion at a discounted rate. Full-series participants receive a reflection journal, a copy of The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele, and access to payment plans.
✨ Pre-registration is required. Space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate, supportive container.
This gathering is for anyone longing to slow down, reclaim their energy, and live from a place of enough — beginning within.
