Join us for a heart-centered evening at our cozy Bay View studio!
We're opening our doors for a community event featuring a gentle 30-minute yoga practice, followed by a soulful kirtan circle led by the beloved local group, Anahata.

This is a donation-based offering designed to bring our community together, sample the energy of our space, and experience the grounding power of movement + mantra.
