Calling all kids ages 5-10! Join us for yoga, games, mindfulness activities, a movie, and the chance to make new friends! We’ll build physical strength through yoga asana, mental strength through mindfulness exercises, followed by pizza and then we'll wind it down with a G-rated movie. Parents, take advantage of this kid-free night and hit the town! Or simply unwind in the peace and quiet of your own home.
Drop off is at 6:00pm, pick up window is 8:15-8:30. Children should come with a yoga mat (the studio has some loaners if necessary), a water bottle, and comfy clothes that are easy to move in. We can’t wait to see you there!
