We are honored to have a certified yoga instructor come to Kinbaku Studio to help us release some of stress through guided yoga.This class is intended for everyone over the at of 18 and every body type, with no prior yoga experience required. The doors will open at 1pm and the class will begin at 1:15.
Once the class begins, the doors will be locked to allow for minimal distractions during the relaxation time. Cell phones will be asked to be placed on silent or left in the lobby.
Participants are asked to bring a mat, blanket or towel and a bolster or pillow. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us.
Space is limited and no tickets will be available at the door.
