Where namaste meets back that a$$ up. Here, we combine fun and flow to open up those hips and release stagnant energy. This dynamic practice blends breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and yoga poses with the playful and freeing movement of twerking. It's a joyful and empowering experience suitable for all levels!
In this class, you'll:
- Open Your Hips: Through targeted yoga poses and twerking movements, we'll unlock tension and enhance flexibility.
- Release Stagnant Energy: Feel the shift as you let go of what's holding you back and tap into your inner vitality.
- Incorporate Breathework: Use pranayama techniques to deepen your practice and connect with your breath.

Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and reconnected to your own source of energy. All levels are welcome – no prior yoga or twerking experience necessary!
Meet Your Teacher
KeKe, a Black, Queer yoga practitioner, prioritizing body affirmation and trauma release in her teaching. She embraces her identity through embodiment practices, yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. KeKe is based in Durham, NC. Twerk Yoga is apart of her passion project summer tour.
