Doors open at 6 p.m. Yoga begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. Come early to mingle, build community, and learn about MHF services.
After class, stay to connect with others and explore MHF’s full range of wellness services, from PrEP and PEP, to behavioral health, primary care, HIV and STI testing and treatment, plus many additional programs designed to support your overall well-being.
