Join us for a 75 minute Saturday morning class at 9:00!Bring a mat and props if you have them, otherwise just bring yourself and I can provide these items for you!
Beginner friendly: sequence and poses are designed on the spot for who's in my class, and modifications up or down are given to accommodate many skill levels.
Donations welcome:
Payment is not required, but appreciated. Donate if you can and what you can, but put your health of your body and mind first!
Come work on your balance in mind and body while building strength and flexibility.
