Hi! I'm Monica, a yoga lover who loves to offer a open space for others to practice yoga whether it is your first time or 1000th time. This will be an energizing yoga flow and it will be sunny so prepare to feel the heat! This is a donation based class but really, I am glad to have you there most of all. So don't worry if a donation is not something you feel comfortable with. I look forward to meeting you!
