Yoga in the Park Saint Paul

Join Laura each Saturday morning at 10am for an all levels yoga flow plus a crystal sound bath!

Located at the Upper Swede Hollow Park at the intersection of Greenbrier and Margaret Street in Saint Paul.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and a friend! Option to bring a blanket and where weather comfotable clothing.

Classes are donation based! Cash and Venmo are accepted (suggested donation $15-30)
