About the teacher
Jacqueline's journey with yoga began as a search for alternative ways to manage back pain and balance the demands of an intense and stressful finance job. What she found was much more than physical relief. Yoga brought her a deeper connection to her body and mind, allowing her to be more aware and skilful in living a healthier and happier life.
As a Yoga Alliance RYT500 teacher, Jacqueline incorporates classical alignment and mindfulness into her classes to develop a practice beyond physical exercise. Her classes are filled with challenge and fun, accompanied by a big smile that will help you feel more energetic and grounded.
With a passion for building communities and creating positive shifts while living the big city life, Jacqueline has studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, and meditation in both Australia and India. Join her on the mat and discover the transformative power of yoga for yourself.
