Join us for a Yoga Flow in the Park iin one of the most beautiful parks in Paris. A boasting of energy and rejuvenation guaranteed!!

As we say 'Yoga is not a work-out but a WORK-IN '. This class will be a work-in for your full body/breath/mind helping you improve your physical and mental health while surrounded by the stunning scenery.

This one hour practice with a combination of yoga postures, breathwork and meditation will help increases circulation, strengthens the immune system, and elevates your mood and reduce stress of the day to day life.

All levels welcome! If you need a mat, I have you covered, you can select to hire a mat at the checkout and I will bring one for you. In case it rains or the ground is wet, I will cancel the class and a refund is issued. Alternatively you can join us on the next class.

About the teacher

Anuradha Goyel

Coming from the birthplace of yoga, Anuradha consider yoga to be a "way of life" and a "state of being". Post corporate career of 15 years, she found her calling in YOG. It helped her get over the burnout and find health.

She follows the teachings and traditions of Swami Sivananda, T Krishnamacharya and B.K.S. Iyengar and integrate them into my practice. She is certified (RYT 500) from India, in Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, as well as training in Pranayama, Pranic healing, Naturopathy and Ayurveda.

She is dedicated to creating a safe and stimulating environment for everyone to explore the body and improve flexibility, strength, balance and alignment, with an emphasis on breathing and connecting with the soul and inner self.
