About this Event

Start your week off right with an outdoor yoga class at the Chrysalis! Breathe deeply, stretch gently, and enjoy a peaceful hour in the fresh air.

Expert instructors from Columbia Association will lead you through an hour of yoga work, accessible to individuals of all abilities and skill levels. This event is free and open to the public, so bring a mat and a friend and get ready to stretch, strengthen, and sweat!

Parking / What to Expect Onsite
Parking

Parking will be in Chrysalis Lot. Please note that Chrysalis Lot is ADA accessable.

Chrysalis Lot:

PLEASE DO NOT USE GPS DIRECTIONS.

From points north: Take 29 South to 175 West (Columbia). Continue as 175 becomes Little Patuxent Parkway. Take Little Patuxent Parkway to South Entrance Road, make a left. Make the immediate sharp right up a steep driveway. Continue past the white house to the parking spots.

From points south: Take 29 North to Broken Land Parkway towards Town Center / Merriweather Post Pavilion. Make a right onto Little Patuxent Parkway. Take Little Patuxent Parkway to South Entrance Road, make a right. Make the immediate sharp right up a steep driveway. Continue past the white house to the parking spots.

Venue

This event takes place on the Chrysalis stage.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverages are not provided. You may bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages with you (no glass please).

No Pets

No pets except service animals are permitted at this event. We will miss our four legged friends, but please do bring canine companions to events where permitted.

Restrooms

Restrooms are available at the top of Chrysalis hill.
