🌅 Our First Frontline Sanctuary Event Is Here! 🌅
A dream that started as a simple idea is finally becoming reality.
When I created Frontline Sanctuary, my vision was simple:
To create a place where frontline workers could exhale.
A place where nurses, physicians, paramedics, EMTs, dispatchers, firefighters, law enforcement officers, correctional officers, respiratory therapists, military members, veterans, technicians, and all those who dedicate their lives to serving and caring for others could take a moment to take care of themselves.
I’m excited to invite you to Frontline Sanctuary’s very first event:

This session is designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress, reconnect with your body, and simply be present for a little while.
No experience is necessary.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need special equipment.
You don’t need to have it all together.
Just bring yourself.
Whether you’re a frontline worker, a family member supporting one, or someone who simply needs a moment of peace, you are welcome.
This is just the beginning.
My hope is that Frontline Sanctuary grows into a community where people can connect, heal, restore, and remember that they don’t have to carry everything alone.
