About this Event
We've been running these sessions for 3 years now, and it had become a regular feature in the life of the Glen. Influenced by the seasons we meet every Saturday on the lawn in front of Pittencrief House, using the beautiful Redwood trees as props and shelter when we need them. This is a space to connect with nature , others & yourself, through yoga based movement, breathwork and meditation. Everyone is welcome to join in and you don't need any special yoga stuff!
What to bring?
Just bring yourself , dress for the scottish weather and be open to moving in a way that feels good for you.
What kind of movment?
Depending on the weather we will mostly offer standing movement and we also encourage folk to bring a folding chair if they would like to join in but finding standing for a long period of time challenging. We can adapt for any needs and fully encourage that.
Who are the teachers?
We are a collective of local yoga teachers that are passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to all and understand the importance of nature connection too. We run these sessions on a voluntary and donation basis to break down any barriers to this experience.
A suggested donation might be £5.
