"Welcome to the Sisterhood" -
Two Arizona local woman-owned businesses, Senita Athletics and Greenwood Brewing, come together to bring you a yoga event to remember! Yoga in the Garden: Senita Athletics Pop-Up at Greenwood Brewing.
Senita Ambassador , RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher) will guide you through a 45-min vinyasa flow in the Beer Garden turned outdoor yoga studio! Good vibes only.
Senita Athletics will bring a mini-pop up shop and there will be a big giveaway from Greenwood x Senita - check our Instas to enter! Must be present at this event to win.
Note: Please bring your own mats (not provided), ID and wear clothes easy to move in (show off your Senita!). Mat towels are suggested.
Class is followed with a complimentary 5oz beer taster. To drink beer you must be 21+

Originally from Michigan, has called Phoenix home since 2020 and has fallen in love with our state ever since!
April's favorite poses would have to be balancing poses as they require all your focus. She also loves a good inversion of any kind too! April loves teaching yoga because it simply helps so many people celebrate their uniqueness through movement.

What is a senita (seh-nee-tuh)?
Senita is a cactus found in the harsh desert environment of Arizona and California that is known for its stunning flowers and long life. It is a beautiful survivor. The tenacity of the Senita cactus is a testament to the strength needed to weather challenges, and its beauty stands in defiance of harsh conditions. At we strive to make gear that embodies these same qualities and to help women everywhere not only survive, but proudly bloom wherever they are planted.

In an industry largely dominated by men, women sometimes feel intimidated or underrepresented in the craft beer scene. And while our Greenwood Brewing™ handcrafted ales are for everyone to enjoy, our goal is to create approachable craft beer to allow women to feel welcome in this industry. Because we believe that beer isn’t just tasty, but it is an avenue for powerful conversations and positive changes that often begin over a cold one with a friend.
