1 of 3 cosy indoor sessions in the beautiful De Walden Suite of Dean Castle. This replaces the monthly outdoor Yoga In The Park for the colder winter months so we have a cosy indoor space.
All welcome...please note there is a special discount for anyone who's attended Yoga In The Park outdoor sessions including the final Winter Yoga In The Park Oct, Nov and Dec sessions (please see under Events or visit website provided).
This will be a lovely Hatha Yoga class which strengthens, warms and tones the muscles while stretching out and lengthening the spine. Improving our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing from the inside out! All abilities and levels of experience are welcome.
Drops in will be available subject to availability but please note that pre booking online will give you access to a range of discounted offers.
