-Specific Yoga movements to improve strength, balance, and flexibility pre and post hike
-How to gear up properly for all terrains and weather conditions
-How to find popular and hidden gem trails in your area and how to work with organizations to utilize local trails/parks etc
-Different ways to set your outdoor yoga class apart and provide a truly unique and freeing experience for your students
-The business of hiking and yoga and how to create a side hustle or full business doing what you love
