The course is perfect for those who are new to teaching in nature or looking to enhance their skills and offer unique experience for their students. This course covers everything from choosing the right location to adapting yoga cues for different environments.
Students will gain practical tips for guiding students through a mindful practice by incorporating grounding and forest bathing while respecting the natural surroundings. Students will walk away with the confidence and tools to lead transformative outdoor yoga experiences that connect students with both their practice and the earth.

In this training students will learn:
- The benefits of taking your yoga practice outside
- The 7 Leave No Trace Principles and how they connect with Yogic ethics
- Specific anatomy that will help you and your students hike faster, farther, and safer
- Breathing and meditation techniques that keep you mindful on the trails.
- How to avoid hazards and injuries
- All about Grounding and how to incorporate it into an outdoor yoga class
- All about Forest Bathing and how to incorporate it into an outdoor yoga class
- Specific Yoga movements to improve strength, balance, and flexibility pre and post hike
- How to gear up properly for all terrains and weather conditions
- How to find popular and hidden gem trails in your area and how to work with organizations to utilize local trails/parks etc
- Different ways to set your outdoor yoga class apart and provide a truly unique and freeing experience for your students
- The business of hiking and yoga and how to create a side hustle or full business doing what you love
