Enjoy outdoor yoga in the tranquillity of Knoll’s glorious naturalistic garden before it opens to the public. Inspired by the weather and nature, classes may be out on the lawn on sunny days, a mindful walk through the gardens if chilly, or under the shelter of the marquee if wet. These varied and holistic sessions may include flowing movements, yoga postures, breath work, guided relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation. A fantastic way to start your day!Classes are taught by experienced yoga teachers Jackie Hayfield and Bex Triggs and are suitable for all levels and abilities. Please bring your own mat.
