Join us for a YOGA + HIKING day retreat on Sat 6th May to escape to the country!
Starting from Princes Risborough train station (direct from Marylebone @ 9am), we'll embark on a 10km circular hike across the beautiful Chiltern Hills, pausing in the woods for a 75min yoga class in Longwood Farm's state-of-the-art yoga studio. All yoga equipment & homemade energy bars provided. We will stop at a cosy pub on the way back to relax/eat/drink/whatever you fancy*.
Guided hike & yoga class led by London-trained power & vinyasa yoga teacher, Emmy.
Where?
Meet at Princes Risborough Station: 9.35am. (9am direct from Marylebone)
When?
Sat 6th May: 9.30am - 4pm.
You'll be back in LDN for ~5pm. If travelling from London I recommend getting an open day return ticket.

What's included?
Guided hike & yoga class led by London-trained power & vinyasa yoga teacher, Emmy. All yoga equipment provided - no need to hike with a mat! After the yoga class you'll enjoy a homemade energy bar with hot tea.
What else do you need?
Please bring a water bottle! You're welcome to bring any extra snacks you'd like.
*NB: You'll need to buy your train tickets (9am from Marylebone to Princes Risborough). Pub food/drinks are extra
