This secluded, peaceful, private property is surrounded by trees and wildlife, located just minutes from Tallows beach, and less than 2km from the heart of Byron Bay.
The property boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has a huge salt water pool and heated magnesium spa.
With delicious catered meals, so much yoga and handstands, in the most beautiful location, rest and relaxation is assured!

Whether you practice yoga and handstands every day, are wanting to start as a complete beginner, or advance your existing practice, I have you covered!
As this will be my 13th Yoga + Handstand Retreat, I have been able to create the perfect schedule to optimize my students practice and growth!
We will be practicing Gentle Yoga, Evening Yin Yoga, Morning energizing Yoga Flows, Handstand Workshops, Handstands on the Beach, and finishing with Myofascial Roll and Release.
With 8 classes over 3 days, your yoga and handstand practice is guaranteed to take off!!
You will leave feeling strong, empowered, refreshed, and renewed.⠀⠀
If you are worried you "aren't good enough", "can't handstand well enough" or "don't know anything about yoga" please stop thinking those thoughts!! I will teach you everything you need to know, so you feel strong and confident in your practice.
Everyone is always amazed at just how much progress they make on my 3 day Retreats!
At every retreat, the guests all become great friends, and we always end up laughing at the shared fears, feelings, and concerns every single person had of "not being good enough" to come on a Yoga and Handstand Retreat. Everyone soon realises they had nothing to worry about and always end up surprising themselves with new poses, skills and strength.
