Looking for a cozy space to move, breathe, or just be? 💫 All levels are welcome to our Tuesday yoga sessions at 6pm! Whether you want to flow with me or simply sit in community with like-minded folk, this is a space to feel comfortable and supported. A safe space for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent folks to connect and unwind. Join me at Gold Lion Community Cafe, where cozy lighting, candlelight, and vibey music set the perfect mood. I offer Vinyasa, Yin, breathwork, meditation, and rest—all on a pay-what-you-can basis, with no one turned away. 🧘♀️✨
The cafe will be closed to patrons after 4pm. Doors will be open at 5:30pm and class will start around 6pm to give people enough time to get situated.
Please bring water, a mat, and any props you may need or use for your practice. I will have a limited amount of pillows and props that anyone is able to use.
Bring your own mug and help yourself to a free tea station!

Hey, it's Nafis and I am a YTT 300 certified yoga practitioner! My husband and I opened Gold Lion this past October and it has been our love letter back to RVA. I am a licensed Realtor® in Virginia (#87432) with River Fox Realty. I love showing people why I love RVA and getting a chance to meet so many people from all walks of life.
