This four-week series is designed for beginners, or anyone wanting to revisit the basics of yoga with more clarity and confidence. Each class focuses on a small group of foundational poses that appear regularly in weekly classes taught at Homebody. We’ll move slowly, break things down, explore alignment and variations, and create space for questions so you can better understand what works for your body.This series is less about flowing through many poses, and more about building understanding, strength, and comfort, so you can walk into any yoga class feeling more at home. No experience required.
