It’s time to show your neck, shoulders, and surrounding areas, some love for all the ways they support you—day in and day out. Join us for 2 hours of “upper body ease” on January 31st. You’ll receive a brief overview of what fascia is and why caring for it can help release tension, improve posture, and restore mobility. Most of our time will be spent exploring gentle techniques designed to bring more freedom and lightness to the neck, shoulders, upper back, and more. This workshop is all-levels friendly—no yoga experience required. All you need to bring is yourself and a yoga mat (we have extras if needed).
Free afterward? Join us at Sweet Wife following the workshop for a bite to eat, coffee, or tea.
