Please join us for a 75-minute yoga class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and build strength in one of the body’s most overworked areas—the shoulders.We’ll begin with slow, mindful warming movements to gently awaken the shoulders and surrounding muscles. From there, we’ll move into a fluid sequence focused on creating flexibility in the shoulders, arms, and wrists—using intentional movement to stretch and relieve built-up tension. The class will close with a few restorative poses, allowing the shoulders to fully soften while inviting relaxation into the upper back and neck.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be supported with thoughtful touches including a variety of hot teas, warm stones from Lake Superior, and hot towels infused with essential oils—enhancing both relaxation and connection to your body.
Whether you spend long hours at a desk, carry stress in your upper body, or simply want to move more freely, this class offers practical tools you can take into your daily life.
Suitable for all levels, with options offered to meet you where you are. Come as you are—leave feeling lighter, more open, and at ease.
First-time students attend free of charge. Drop-in classes are priced at $25 per person. Alternatively, students may purchase a 5-pack of classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130.
