YOGA FOR WELLNESS
This Yoga class is designed to support both beginners and intermediate practitioners in building a well grounded practice. The class breaks down foundational poses with clear alignment cues while offering thoughtful variations and progressions for those ready to deepen their practice.
Students will explore breath awareness, mindful movement, and simple transitions that improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Beginners will gain a solid understanding of core postures, while intermediate students will refine technique, explore deeper expressions of poses, and build greater body awareness.
This class emphasizes safe alignment, intentional movement, and practical tools you can apply on and off the mat. Expect a supportive, inclusive environment where you can learn, challenge yourself at your own pace, and leave feeling energized and rejuvenated.
This immersive session is designed to help you slow down and reset your nervous system. Through intentional breathing practices and guided meditation, you’ll release tension, quiet mental chatter, and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
