Join us for 'Yoga for Wellbeing' with Sunrise Cornwall CIC.
We offer free safe and supportive events, workshops and activities for adults affected by suicide loss in Cornwall, and so all sessions are for 18+ only.
Yoga is well-known to be incredibly healing and beneficial for physical, mental and emotional health. Our yoga sessions are suitable for all levels of experience, whether you're a seasoned yogi or simply curious to explore how yoga can benefit your wellbeing.
Our friendly and supportive event leaders will hold space for you and guide you through different elements of trauma-informed yoga, including movement, stillness, meditation and breathwork.
All equipment is provided, as well as refreshments.
Each session is supported by our trained Sunrise Facilitators, and there will always be time for tea, sweet treats and a chat.
