Grief & Gratitude might feel like opposites, but they’re deeply connected. When we recognize what we have, we also feel the weight of what’s missing. Grief reflects our humanity, while gratitude helps us find strength and even peace within the pain.The session will be an embodiment practice. A personal experience to feel into.
