Yoga with the Seasons is a monthly class that explores how the wisdom of Ayurveda can inform our yoga practice.Each class begins with a short, accessible discussion on the doshas—perhaps how to cool excess heat in summer or how to cultivate warmth and steadiness in winter, or how to navigate transition periods. From there, we move into an intentionally sequenced asana practice which includes connecting breath and movement while cultivating a meditative mindset.
Whether you’re curious about Ayurveda, looking to bring more intention to your practice, or simply wanting to feel more in sync with yourself and the world around you, this class offers a chance to listen, respond, and move in rhythm with the season we're in.
