About this Event
Students will learn the art of making focaccia from scratch, then transform their dough into edible works of art using a variety of seasonal toppings such as fresh herbs, garden vegetables, seeds, and more.
Each guest will prepare their own batch of focaccia dough to take home and bake, while also designing a second focaccia to bake and enjoy together during class.
Between steps, students will relax, connect, and enjoy charcuterie!
Details:
- Youth, ages 8-17 are always welcome to purchase a seat in classes, but must attend with a paid accompanying adult.
- Please wear comfortable, clean clothing and closed-toe shoes, with the option to roll up your sleeves and tie back your hair.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get checked in.
