The pelvic floor is more than a set of muscles—it’s an intelligent system that responds to breath, movement, nervous system state, and lived experience.
This 90-minute workshop blends accessible education, embodied exploration, and gentle yoga practices to help you better understand and feel your pelvic floor in everyday movement and rest. Designed for athletes, mothers, perimenopausal women, fitness educators, and anyone curious about building sustainable support from the inside out.
Expect a mix of discussion, experiential movement, breathwork, and a deeply restorative guided relaxation. You'll walk away with a better understanding of your own body and with tools to incorporate into your existing exercise or daily routine.
What We’ll Explore:
- What the pelvic floor actually is—and debunk common myths
- How breath, posture, and movement affect pelvic floor function
- The difference between strength, tension, and responsiveness
- How culture, stress, and personal history shape pelvic health
- Practices that support both stability and ease
This Workshop Is For You If:
- You’ve been told to “just do Kegels” and feel confused or disconnected
- You’re active, postpartum, perimenopausal, or navigating change in your body
- You want to understand pelvic health without shame or fear
- You’re curious about listening to your body instead of forcing it
