Designed for the elementary child (6ish-11ish). In this joyful and imaginative class, children are invited to explore movement, breath, and stillness in a way that honors their natural rhythm and growing sense of self. Through seasonal themes, nature imagery, and gentle yoga postures, we create a space where body, heart, and imagination meet.
Each class offers sequences that build strength and flexibility, while also nurturing emotional awareness, focus, and a sense of inner calm. Like all things at FCYKC, we honor the whole child—meeting them with warmth, creativity, and reverence for their unfolding.
Here, children can root like trees, soar like birds, and settle into the quiet wisdom within. A class where movement becomes a story, and every child is seen and celebrated.
