Step away from the busyness of the season to gather with heart-led women and enter the Solstice with warmth, clarity, and celebration. A night to release the weight of the year and open to what’s ready to bloom next.

Our final circle of 2025 is here—and it will feel like a breath of fresh winter air.

Expect sisterhood, intention, reflection, and a little bit of sparkle.

We’ll create our own Blessing Ball ornament to take home, sip warm cider, write, laugh, and shake out the stress with somatic movement + guided breathwork. We’ll close with a powerful visualization and moment of stillness to anchor the magic.

Comfort: We’ll be seated on the floor and will lay down for breathwork.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything that helps you feel cozy.

Bring: A water bottle and any supportive items (crystal, socks, journal, etc.)

Parking & Entrance: Park behind the building. The studio entrance is on the lower level at the back. When you walk in, the studio door is immediately to the left.

Peggy creates sacred, heart-centered spaces for women to reconnect with their inner wisdom through breathwork, meditation, and sisterhood.

She is a Certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, Breathwork Integration Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Sistership Circle Facilitator — weaving these healing arts together to guide women home to themselves.
