About this Event
Explore the energy behind Metal Element and the abundance of faith and trust. Metal Element houses the energy of Lung and Large Intestine! The element of Metal is paired with the Autumn season. As the leaves and nature show us how to release and prepare for rest, Metal teaches us faith and trust. Metal will be restrained and aloof while it grieves. Once letting go occurs and faith is held, serenity and peace will follow. In this two hour workshop we will explore the personality, reactivity, and tools of Metal Element to explore the sensation in your own body and recognize it in others for clearer communication and wellness balcnce. We'll move to embody Metal Element and its energies, dive deeper into this one element, and offer tools for continued support outside the studio.
This workshop qualifies for 2 hours of continuing education with yoga alliance registered instructors.
