YOGA for the Community

Join us on Wellness Saturdays at Riverside DC for YOGA!

This free Vinyasa Style Class (moving from one pose to the next with the breath) will help set the tone for your weekend. Any age and any body type can participate. Bring your own mat (we will have a few extras on site) and get ready to be transformed.
