About the instructor:
Azadeh Tehrani is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with over 18 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga. Trained in various styles including Hatha, Sivananda, Iyengar, and Anti-Gravity Yoga, she combines mindful movement with breath and meditation to help students build balance, calm, and focus. Originally trained by teachers from India, Azadeh brings a deep appreciation for yoga as a holistic lifestyle, not just a physical practice. Passionate about sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga, she enjoys helping students of all levels improve their well-being and find peace through mindful practice.
