~ Yoga Namaskar, a complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
~ Meditation for Success, a support to materialize on what you want to manifest in your life.
Ages : 12+ (those 12-17 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
