This class is for anyone who feels stiff, is new to yoga, or is returning after some time off. Stiff Bodies gives you space, structure, and support to grow at your own pace.
We focus on mobility, gentle stretching, and strengthening, using breath-led sequences that build inner strength, flexibility, and presence. Classes are adapted to your needs, with personal guidance and options to keep your practice safe, effective, and accessible.

Hi, I’m Ninnie — a yoga and mindfulness teacher in Malmö (500+ hrs in Vinyasa & Yin). My teaching honours yoga as a path of self-awareness, transformation, and healing. I create space for your practice to become not just something you do — but a way to listen to your body, soften, and come home to yourself.
