In this workshop, we will explore the causes with the intention to carefully take care of your spine and allow you to experience the freedom of movements and joy of your daily activities.
IN THIS WORKSHOP we will:
♡ work on how to use breaths to facilitate healing
♡ work on spine's stability, mobility and flexibility
♡ improve overall posture
♡ discover how correct posture and spinal movement enhances your overall sense of well-being
♡ strengthen your core and other supporting muscles
♡ experience the pleasure of backing through some therapeutic backbend poses
This workshop comprises strategic poses and sequencing that specifically intended to help resolve back issues and releasing spinal tension and tightness.
