Join Angie Jones on June 30 for a 2-hour workshop that combines practice, presentation, and discussion to explore several of the lessons she learned during her Integrative Yoga for Seniors training at Duke Integrative Medicine! The workshop will be held on Sun., June 30, 12–2 p.m. at the 4yoga studio. (The studio is located above The Pots Place in downtown Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Pots Place is the blue building in the photo.)
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants should be able to do the following:
1. Recognize the benefits yoga provides in aging successfully.
2. Explore fluid movement and appropriate breathing exercises.
3. Practice variations of yoga poses that are tailored to their bodies.

INVESTMENT: The investment for this workshop is $35.
Although refunds are not available, we do understand that sometimes unforeseen conflicts occur; therefore, if you must cancel, please let Angie know right away. She may be able to transfer your registration to a future event.
NOTE FOR FELLOW YOGA TEACHERS: Although we welcome yoga teachers to join the workshop, this session supports yoga students directly. As a result, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are not available. However, if you are a teacher and would be interested in a future workshop that does offer CEUs, please email Angie at [email protected].
