Yoga for Runners: Miles, Mats, & Mission 🏃♀️Tight hamstrings? Tired glutes? Big heart? You’re in the right place.
Whether you’re training for your first 5K, trying to survive the sidewalk or just like yoga, join us for a special Donation-Based Yoga Class specifically designed to support the runner’s body. We’ll be focusing on hip mobility, hamstring recovery, and the mental focus needed to go the distance.
🌟 Why We’re Flowing
We are gathering to support our friend Danielle as she prepares to tackle the legendary Boston Marathon! Danielle isn’t just running for a personal best; she’s running as a member of Team Impact Melanoma.
All donations from this class will go directly toward Danielle’s fundraising goal to support skin cancer prevention, education, and support for those affected by melanoma.
Cost: Donation-based! (Suggested donation: $15-20, but give what you can—every bit helps Danielle reach the finish line!)

🧘 What to Expect
A 60-minute heated flow focused on recovery and injury prevention.
🎒 What to Bring
A yoga mat and a strap if you have one (rental mats available). The studio will have blocks and straps for use.
