Yoga for Pride: Donation Based Yoga Fundraiser- Year 6
On June 7th, we’ll gather again at Riverside Park for our 6th annual Yoga for Pride — bringing together 300+ community members to move, breathe, and stand in solidarity with our LGBTQIA+ community.
At Zion Well, our mission has always been to cultivate inclusion and support mental health through yoga, and this event is a living expression of that commitment. Each year we expand our focus to support what is most needed.
This year, our focal points are education, mental health, and safety. Together we will raise funds for Equality Michigan and Stand with Trans, two organizations doing vital work to protect, advocate for, and uplift LGBTQIA+ individuals and families across Michigan.
This all-levels community class will be led by Zion Well founders Aubrey + Art, and is made possible by the power of people coming together with intention, care, and love.
There is no doubt this has been a challenging time for many in the LGBTQ+ community. Yet despite growing pressures and harmful legislation, our community continues to show extraordinary courage, optimism, and resilience.
