This retreat day is designed for women who would like some downtime and to explore the benefits of yoga during perimenopause and menopause. The day will include morning and afternoon sessions, with a break for lunch*.During each session we will practice techniques from two different styles of yoga, exploring how they can support you with some of the symptoms impacting your day-to-day life. Does the type of exercise you do, impact you? Can yoga help with some of the symptoms women feel? Find out more and enjoy a day of self-care. It's not necessary to have practiced yoga before.
The day is designed for a small group. From a previous session, the students really enjoyed the opportunity to meet other women in the same position, so, this time the morning and afternoon sessions will be slightly longer and the day will include lunch at a local restaurant.
*A vegetarian/vegan lunch is included in the ticket price.
