Through a combination of gentle Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, you’ll:
✔ Release tension in your neck, shoulders, and lower back
✔ Stretch tight hips and hamstrings to improve mobility
✔ Improve posture and strengthen your core for better support
✔ Learn simple movements you can do at your desk or home
✔ Incorporate breathwork & mindfulness to help with stress
