A continuation of Series I & II
Join Masha Leuner for a transformative 4-week series based on Dr. Loren Fishman’s acclaimed Yoga for Osteoporosis method. This practice emphasizes strength, stability, and safe alignment, with focused attention on the spine and hips—areas most vulnerable to fracture and essential to lifelong mobility.
Building on the foundations of earlier series, each session integrates both foundational and progressively advanced postures, offering a comprehensive and adaptable experience for returning students. Breathwork supports longer hold times, regulates the nervous system, and enhances respiratory function, helping you build resilience from the inside out.
This series is appropriate for all levels (no need to have taken Series I/II to enroll!) and continues to provide practical, research-supported tools to strengthen your home practice safely and confidently.
What You’ll Gain
-Clear understanding of alignment, safe movement, and contraindications
-Tools to strengthen, evolve, and personalize your home yoga practice
-Techniques to improve bone density, balance, and proprioception
-Confidence practicing a method grounded in medical research
