Join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement, music, meditation, and meaningful impact.
Yoga for Nourishment brings the community together for a powerful, donation-based experience in partnership with lululemon’s Community Initiative. This event transforms yoga into direct action—supporting the Northern Illinois Food Bank through financial and food donations.
The afternoon includes:
• A basics-level yoga class led by Julia Jonson, Yoga Educator, E-RYT 500, former lululemon Ambassador, and Co-owner of TBY Yoga Studio
• Live violin accompaniment by amazing Phil Roach
• A special guided meditation and sound bath with Komal Bhonagiri, Yoga Educator
• Food education + nourishing appetizers
• Exclusive lululemon merchandise for the first 150 suggested donations
When people are nourished, they are more grounded, connected, and empowered. Yoga teaches compassion (ahimsa) and selfless service (seva). This event is a living expression of those values.

Our goal is bold: $44,000 in donations to provide thousands of meals for our neighbors.
